Emmanuel Gil Peyrot 1138ec0d49 Remove empty newlines in #include blocks. 
This makes clang-format useful on those.

Also add a bunch of forgotten transitive includes, which otherwise
prevented compilation.

Lioncash 03213f893e dyncom: Remove unnecessary initialization code.

The reset routine also does basically the same thing as NewState.
