We don't use half of this file for anything -- it's dead code
also the NEON intrinsic replacements suck -- we are not beating GLM (plus we use registers for decomposition instead of using vec regs like everyone else does, so the "optimizations" dont matter)

Adds Quaternion to ReloadInput. What does it fix? Displays correct space in VR (only test on SSBU) not tested any further.

[hid_core] fix LM2 crash due to callbacks not being removed properly (#4178)
the function returned the key AFTER this one, which points to an invalid object
basically its like "oh im returning the index AFTER Myself"
off-by-1 error basically; now it returns OUR own key.
